All information will be treated as confidential and it is not stored in the cloud. I accepted the terms and conditions when I booked the tour or breakaway weekend with Bonsai Technologies. I acknowledge that in travelling to or from the place where the tour or weekend breakaway will take place (excluded from the tour or weekend breakaway) or while travelling as part of the tour or weekend breakaway, whether on or off-road and in remote areas, and in participating in walking and hiking trails during the tour or weekend breakaway, I am aware that there are hazards and dangers involved in these and associated activities (e.g. exposure to natural elements, dangerous animals, reptiles and/or insects and even criminal activity owing to possible poaching/hunting, etc.).
I am also aware that circumstances including, but not limited to, inclement weather, flooding, fires, impassable roads, etc. may necessitate changes to the published itinerary and acknowledge that while Bonsai Technologies and its associates will endeavour to adhere to the published itinerary, they cannot be held responsible for any changes that are caused and/or necessitated by circumstances beyond their control.
I, my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns hereby indemnify, hold harmless and expressly exempt Bonsai Technologies, SAN Parks, Limpopo Nature Reserves, The Kingdom of Eswatini's Big Game Parks, Eswatini National Trust Commission, accommodation service providers and/or any of their associated companies, their owners, members, directors, organisers, management, staff and helpers (“the Company and its associates”), from any liability and/or claim for delay, loss, theft, inconvenience, accident, injury or death, arising from any cause whatsoever by virtue of my participation on this activity.
I hereby undertake to obey all instructions given by the adventure guides, trail guides, camp personnel or their assigned assistants. I voluntarily assume the risks of taking part on this activity.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for attending to any medical condition which I may have (e.g. illness, allergy, etc.). I further acknowledge that, when applicable, I have been pre-advised that this activity takes place in a malaria area and that the use of anti-malaria prophylaxis is recommended and that I have been advised to consult with my physician in this regard.
I confirm that all the people booked under my/our name or travelling with me/us are also aware of these terms and have allowed me to agree to the terms on their behalf.
